An Appeal

Dear devotees and friends,

Mahabharat states that giving charity to a worthy person acts as the best friend of a human being. The Bhagavad Gita states that charity given to a worthy person, on an appropriate occasion for a proper cause reaps the best results. The Padma Purana states that charity should only be given to a traditional Brahmana born Vaisnava devotee else charity reaps reverse result. Therefore, giving charity is a cautious act. Our Swamiji and his activities surely qualify to receive your charity and it will surely reward you the best results.

Practically half of the last Khumbha Mela (2013) was sponsored by Swamiji’s friend from the USA. We asked Swamiji about name of his friend but Swamiji did not reveal. Swamiji’s friend has read the Bhagavad Gita where it states that secret charity reaps more results. Swamiji will not ask anyone for anything that is why we pray to Lord Krsna to encourage Swamiji’s friend again or send some other generous people to help in this Khumbha Mela. We are all traditional Brahman devotees and are earnestly serving Guru and Krsna in Sri Vrindaban Dham. We need your kind help. Many Sadhus will erect gorgeous Khalsas by spending a lots more than we do. Please understand that Lord Krsna has given you a great chance to come forward and generously help. Khumbha Mela usually stays for 40 days and Khalsas have to remain active till then.
